Yemen: Attacks on health care facilities must stop

As life slowly returns to cities and villages in Southern Lebanon following the announcement of a ceasefire agreement, many residents have found their homes severely damaged or destroyed.

Life-saving medical supplies from the ICRC are reaching beleaguered civilians in the Marjaayoun area of southern Lebanon, where medical needs are becoming increasingly urgent as hostilities escalate.

Severe malnutrition rates have risen sharply in healthcare facilities supported by the ICRC in northeast Nigeria. Clinics report a 24% increase in the number of young children suffering from malnutrition compared to the previous year.

Seventeen metric tons of urgently needed medical supplies have arrived in Beirut via air cargo from the ICRC.
